Supervised by company management or site leads, our officers must uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity. Responsibilities:
- Patrol on foot or by vehicle to deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and safety hazards.
- Monitor and control access to premises, enforce client policies, and provide assistance to the public.
- Respond to incidents calmly, document events, and take appropriate lawful action.
- Support community events and site security with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain reports, communication, and compliance with company and state standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with a valid Michigan driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, remain professional under pressure, and meet physical requirements (patrolling, standing, stair climbing, etc.).
- Security/law enforcement experience preferred for those seeking security officer jobs.
Working Conditions:
Officers may work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions, during days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Positions require physical patrols, standing post, climbing stairs, and handling varying environments and terrains.
